BLUE CRAB DIP
Get a taste of the coastal life with this warm crab dip. Served with a flatbread for dipping, its pure cheesy goodness made for sharing. This is the kind of starter that disappears fast once it hits the table.
FLAME-GRILLED CHICKEN SKEWERS
Kick things off with a skewer of smoky grilled chicken, coated with our signature tar heel tang glaze. Lightly charred and perfectly sauced, each bite delivers a balance of sweet, tangy, and savory.
DEEP SEA SEÑORITA SHRIMP SKEWERS
Dive into Cat 10’s take on tropical. Juicy, marinated grilled shrimp get served alongside toasted coconut rice and a mango-watermelon pico de gallo. Best enjoyed with a cold drink and the riverfront view from our rooftop.

SOUTHERN SMASH BURGER
Luke’s place knows how to do a burger right. It starts with the patty—a house-made blend of beef and venison as a nod to Luke’s love of the hunt. Topped with white cheddar, grilled onions, and a smoked paprika aioli, this thing is bursting with flavor. Get it with a side of duck fat fries and thank us later.

HARVEST SEASONAL SALAD
This seasonal rotating salad has been updated with fresh spring flavors. Goat cheese, crispy chickpeas, sliced almonds, grilled asparagus, and a sweet and tart blackberry vinaigrette make this the perfect springtime bite.
