This hat represents hard work, dedication and a bond between father and son (more than one generation). My father-in-law started his own electrical company in the 80’s and taught my husband at a young age how to make a living with his hands. My husband started his own electrical company in 2017. He’s now sharing his knowledge with our 2 boys! Watching all 3 generations learn, grow and bond together has been so humbling for me.
My father-in-law was working for us until earlier this year, when he was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. The one thing my father-in-law asked to see before his time on this earth is up, is to see my husband become a Master Electrician. After months of late-night studying, juggling running a business, being a father and husband and a few failed attempts at this test, he finally passed and became a Master Electrician in February 2024!! I’ve never seen my father-in-law so proud! Can’t wait to see what our boys do with the knowledge that has been shared with them!
