My son started a golf brand with the intention of bringing people together through golf. He has learned from being a military brat and a golfer just how small our world is. It is a small business, yet the impact is big and so rewarding to see people representing and supporting it.
His business started in a basement. His first bunch of hats were hand sewn by my son, his wife and myself. We had blank hats and patches, so we used our sewing skills and thimbles on our bleeding fingers to make the first bunch. They sold out, so he spent the extra money to have the next bunch sewn on by machine. The crazy thing… people wanted the original hand-sewn hats!
This new hat has not been worn, but I love displaying it at Category 10, with the hope that it is a conversation piece. That would make it special to this proud mom.
