Makenzie Schriner

Makenzie Schriner is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter, and 6th generation fiddle player originally from the small town of Sedalia, Colorado. At 21 days old Makenzie found himself in the arms of Arnold Schwarzenegger on the Universal Pictures set filming “Junior.” He played his first concert with his family band at the age of 9, and by 13, was playing the fiddle, guitar, harmonica, bass, and songwriting.

After graduating High School, Schriner moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where he connected with Brad Paisley’s first manager, Jimmy Gilmer, and quickly discovered his niche as a touring musician. In 2016 he played for American Idol Alumni, Josh Gracin, and later Sony/Arista artist, Carlton Anderson. He’s played in house bands behind Dustin Lynch, Ernest, John Carter Cash, and has opened for Old Dominion, Charlie Daniels, Jordan Davis, Scotty McCreery, Cody Johnson etc. Schriner has played at Red Rocks, BancorpSouth Arena, Stagecoach, and recently released “Last Man Standing.”
